interesting Photoshop discovery


After playing with some orange gels in the studio, I stumble on this very intriguing way to desaturate colors mixing the original color shot with a black and white version of that same shot. It creates a lovely result. Hereis what it did on Sarah, a classmate.

Enviromental Portrait




Here are some images of Joseph in his workshop. This was part of an assigment for what is called "Enviromental Portraits". I've been busy looking at tones of portraiture books lately because lots of my courses this semester involve portraiture. I'm also reading quite a bite on Cuba and Havana for I'm going on a Photojournalism Workshop with some other students and a couple of teacher. The workshop will take place in Havana from March 17 to the 24th. Have a look at my links...
